At Composite, we're passionate about helping our customers establish and grow their habits.
This printable tool is a great way to get started. Inspired by James Clear's book, Atomic Habits, you'll be able to take your target habits, and make them obvious, easy, and rewarding.
BUT, to be totally honest... this printable tracker is only a hint of what's to come. We're building a killer app to expand on the ideas of Atomic Habits even more.
Here's some features you can look forward to in the composite app:
- State of habits over lists of tasks. This is not a to-do list. This app is for people who want to commit to habits and visualize their progress over time.
- Highly customizable schedules. Want to track everything from trash pickup to birthdays? Composite has you covered! We can handle bi-weekly, every three days, twice a year, once a quarter.
- Varied completion methods. Feeding the dog in the morning? That's a to-do. Tracking your weight twice a week? That's a numeric. Jotting down a few notable events from every day? That's a note.
- Sharing. Tasks, like 'feed the dog' should be co-owned by two or more people. Tasks like “Train for a 5k” should be done in community and you should be able to follow along with your friends.
